Over the chain fence
A shining sky, more colors then one can count
A graveyard dusk lies dull and dense
No movement is seen or sensed in the shadow of the mount
The sun sets below the trees
Shadows grow longer by the second
They all wave goodbye sunshine

The birds grow quiet, no children are seen
They wave goodbye as the moon begins to shine
Oh, what a beautiful art piece could be of this scene
The dirt, water, trees of pine,
They grow dull in the light of the moon
They grow silent in the quiet of the night
They all wave goodbye to the light

Hush little child, do not fret
The sun will come back, just you wait
But for now, cuddle close to your pet
Close your eyes and let dreams create
When you wake you will see
The sunshine that you long to see
